100% Rayon, Elastic band bodice and shoulder allow for a larger fit along with the A-line bottom.  Shoulders have  straps that can easily be tucked away to be worn off shoulder or with the shoulders covered by bringing the sleeves up as shown in the last photo. Makes for a beautiful dress for any occasion and can be paired with just about any shoe, from sandals to cowboy boots  paired with a hat, taking a stroll through town. Can be worn 3 ways such as off the shoulders, with the sleeves up covering the shoulders or with the straps up with exposed shoulders- (varies with upper body shapes)
